About The Exhibition
The Dawn exhibition explores the way art serves as a renewal and a horizon line. Whether in the epiphanies we experience while creating work, or the ways that our artwork can offer new insights to others, art is a conduit to hope and new prospects. The questions centered in this exhibition are: How does your art envision new futures or understandings? What new hope is being introduced in your work, or what are you leaving behind in the past?
About Our Curator, Victoria J. Fry
Victoria J. Fry is an artist, arts educator, and founder of Visionary Art Collective. Victoria attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she received her BFA in 2012. She earned her MAT from Maine College of Art in 2014. She launched VAC in 2020 and has since provided thousands of artists with resources and mentorship, founded and published four issues the New Visionary Magazine, and has curated several exhibitions throughout her work.
