About the Founder
Meam Hartshorn is the founder and operator of The Artful Collective. Meam is both a working artist and social worker currently based in Austin, TX. Her interest in creativity as a tool for community provided the vision for The Artful Collective.
Meam started TAC back in 2022 to help connect other emerging artists with resources and opportunities to share their work. After taking a pause from TAC and her own personal art practice, Meam reconnected with the platform to help connect, heal, and support creatives.
